Recalled Car Accidents in MA
Defective motor vehicles endanger the lives of operators, passengers and others on the roads in Massachusetts. They are a silent but very serious danger. Unless there is a motor vehicle recall or a crash, most drivers have no way of knowing they are operating a defective vehicle.
Driver error is the leading cause of car accidents. This is our experience as Boston car accident attorneys. But accidents do happen as a result of defective design, manufacturing error, or a failure to warn the consumer about possible harm. The auto manufacturer may be held liable for any injuries you suffer as a result of the defect. So may other distributers and vendors involved in the "supply chain." This means if you have been injured by a recalled motor vehicle, you may be entitled to file a claim for compensation.
