$1,800,000 Bicyclist Hit in Crosswalk – Mild traumatic brain injury, post concussion syndrome.

The bicyclist suffered traumatic brain injury and post-concussion syndrome when she was hit while riding her bicycle across a crosswalk. As a result of her injury, she suffered both physical and cognitive injuries which put her life on a different track for a substantial period of time. The case settled after two lengthy mediations.
